We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.

Non-Collection of Items Shipped
Notification of Arrival: Upon the arrival of goods at our Consolidator warehouse, Postage shall notify you (the Customer) in writing of the goods' availability for shipment to Jamaica. The notification shall include a detailed description of the goods, the date of arrival, and a specified date for shipment to Jamaica.
Collection Period: Postage shall collect and customs-clear the goods within 14 business days from the date of such notification (the "Collection Period"). Postage agrees to hold the goods on your behalf for the duration of the Collection Period without incurring storage fees.
Failure to Collect: If you fail to collect the goods within the Collection Period, we may, at our discretion, commence charging reasonable storage fees from the day following the expiry of the Collection Period. The rate of the storage fees will be communicated to you at the beginning of the Collection Period or at the time of the service agreement.
Extended Storage: Should the goods remain uncollected for more than 16 days beyond the Collection Period, we reserves the right to:
a. Continue to charge storage fees at an increased rate, communicated to you in advance, and/or
b. Move the goods to a long-term storage facility, with all related costs charged to you.
Disposition of Uncollected Goods: If the goods remain uncollected for 45 days after the expiration of the Collection Period, we reserves the right to dispose of the goods in any of the following manners:
a. Sale of the goods, where the proceeds, after deducting the costs of sale, storage fees, and any other outstanding charges, will be remitted to you; or, in the absence of sufficient contact details or response from you, held for a period of 2 months before being treated as unclaimed funds subject to applicable laws.
b. Donation to a charity if the goods are of a nature that cannot be easily sold or if the cost of sale exceeds the anticipated sale proceeds.
c. Destruction or recycling of the goods if they are deemed unsaleable or if disposal through sale or donation is not practical.
Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Postage from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the actions taken in accordance with this clause, including but not limited to the disposal of uncollected goods. Postage will also be indemnified against errors made by you in placing your order with the merchant (errors that may lead to additional cost or confiscation of items by customs).
Notification of Actions: Postage shall provide you with written notice of any actions taken with respect to uncollected goods, including but not limited to the initiation of storage fees, changes in storage arrangements, and the final disposition of the goods.
Amendment: This clause may be amended from time to time as regulations and business environment might dictate.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
