Collecting Your Packages: In-Branch Procedure

When your packages arrive at one of our branches, collecting them is simple and straightforward. This guide will walk you through the steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Step 1: Wait for Notification

Once your package is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification from us via email. This message will confirm that your package is available and ready to be collected at your selected branch.

Step 2: Prepare Your Identification

Before heading to the branch, make sure you have a valid government-issued identification with you. The ID should match the name on your Postage Logistics Group account. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card.

Step 3: Visit the Branch

Go to the branch where your package is being held. Make sure to visit during our regular business hours to avoid any delays.

Step 4: Verify Your Identity

When you arrive at the branch, present your government-issued ID to the staff. Our team will verify that the name on your ID matches the name on your account. This step is crucial to ensure the security of your packages.

Step 5: Collect Your Package

After your identity is confirmed, our staff will hand over your package(s). Make sure to check the package for any visible damage or issues before leaving the branch.

Step 6: Sign for Your Package

You will be required to sign a confirmation receipt upon collecting your package. This is to confirm that you have received the package in good condition.

  1. Third-Party Authorization: If you cannot pick up your package personally, you can authorize someone else to collect it on your behalf. They must bring a valid government-issued ID and a signed authorization letter from you.
